Stopped here for a quick sleep. Check in was super fast without any wait. Bed was soft and cozy. Really liked the free complimentary breakfast. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I attended a company Christmas Party in one of the conference rooms. The room was decorated nicely and the food served was excellent. The staff at the hotel are professional and friendly.

Checked in with my dog beside me, wasn't charged the $10 a day for . So thought maybe they waved. Meanwhile, walk in the room and a odor is the first thing that hits you. Start to look around one dirty hand towel, the lamps were very coated with dust. My dog found a bouncy ball under the bed along with a candy bar. Desk had someone's pills and paper work in it. Behind the TV was a condom and rapper's. Had to go behind it because nothing was plugged in. What appeared to a Ethernet plug wasn't just a phone jack. Didn't make sense. Bathroom dirty with bugs. When I came to the desk with my dog the manager advised that I wasn't in a dog friendly room and was not charged the fee which I would need to or pay $100. I thought to myself that's not my problem. He asked if I said I had a dog , I said no she was beside me and clerk could see her. He asked again if I said I had a dog. I said no. He was more worried getting money from me then the fact that his clerk missed that opportunity and his hotel rooms were dirty and rather disappointing. Only good thing so far are waffles..

Friendly housekeepers, friendly staff, quiet place. When checking in for my reservation I was given a two bed room instead of a one bed room for the same price because they ran out of one beds - which I was really happy about because me and my cat needed the extra space.

WOW. I never thought that such a simple task could be like pulling teeth!

So anyway, housekeeping was there in the morning asking, and I went to the front desk. Same guy as the first time I asked, who told me it'd be an extra 10 dollars. I told him that I need to extend for another week, and that I have to go through the booking website I went through before to get the same price and that my mom's booking it right now. After I said my mom's re-booking through the website, he immediately agreed to give me the same price to extend my stay in the same room, and I paid right there, and he was nice enough to finally clarify that they are pre-paid stays.

Unrelated to employees, the beds are absolutely terrible! I've been here for two weeks and this morning I could barely move my neck. My first few nights here, my upper back and shoulders were stiff and sore! I don't have back problems! This is the first time ever that my back hurts like this! My neck hasn't been this stiff ever! Absolutely terrible and extremely arthritis-inducing mattresses. I'd rather sleep on the floor, but there's not enough space.

There was a slight mishap, which did get resolved, that I feel is worth knowing. I had to extend my stay while my place gets remodeled, and I didn't want to have to move all my stuff to a single, one bed room just to keep the same price I was being charged. Asked the front desk about this at night, was told that they let you keep the same room if you extend your reservation. Next day around noon, tried to extend my reservation - different guy working, told me that if I stay in the same room, the difference would be an extra 10 dollars per day. Skeptical, I waited until night time and asked the night shift guy the same thing, and he told me since I was using a website to book (my mom booked it, I didn't know) I'd have to make another reservation through that website to get the same price. I told him to for sure extend my reservation for that night - the next morning, housekeeping is knocking and expected me to have left! I didn't know that you have to pay up-front, and the least he could have done was let me know that! I was pretty clear about telling him to extend it for one more day.

Here for a birthday. Hotel was very accommodating for the birthday event. Pet friendly. Rooms could use some maintenance, but about par for a property in this price range. Pool is great for the kiddos!
