Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. We have requested a few missing items to our room like wine glasses, and they were brought fairly quickly. Downside, its a huge hotel, the walk from parking to our room is lengthy, thank goodness for the trolley for luggage. Beds are also quite small, lacking Queen size beds. Overall positive experience and budget friendly.
Beautiful hotel! The rate was very reasonable and the rooms were comfortable. The interior of the hotel was super cool. The staff was friendly.
Nice hotel overall. Showing some age. The place was holding several conferences during my stay. There is not enough housekeeping to keep up resulting in rugs in the main areas that need vacuuming and bathrooms that need trash cans emptied. The conference room I was in had beat up walls from chair damage. The food was good. Excellent french fries. The room is decent sized and we'll kept. The TV has a nice channel selection and there is free WiFi.
My sister, niece and I drove to the hotel for the Sunday brunch in the Creekside Cafe. So-so experience. Hot food was hot and cold food cold so that was good. Sausages/bacon very greasy. Donuts/pastries very dry and super sweet (I think the thickness of the frosting was to cover the dryness -- it didn't.). Priced as $17 was a tad on the high end for what you got. HOWEVER, server tried to double the price when she ran my card through. If you go, make sure you review your receipt BEFORE signing.
