I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Svitlana. She is kind, calm, and professional.
However, I'm inclined to be overall unhappy as we are currently going into WEEK 3 of not having a stove to cook with (and having had to turn off the gas connection) as the stove repair man keeps promising to contact us and yet has so far failed to do so. We have now emailed the agency for the third time to find out what is going on. It's incredibly frustrating that Re/Max employs such an incredibly unreliable individual (or service, not sure) to handle repairs, when obviously that service person/company has absolutely no concern with timely repairs or service.
At the end of the week, if we find ourselves still waiting on this repair, I will be contacting the state landlord/tenant association for help with further actions to resolve this issue.
