Took a group of kids (90+) here and 30+ did not have signed waiver forms. Thank you to the amazing staff for working with us and the parents that were reached to either came to the Plymouth location to fill out waiver forms or online forms. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Awesome spot , even if the kids complain at first about how they will be bored. Trust me, when the 30+ did not have signed waiver forms, they all cried and complained abandoning their tough shells. They all had fun and enjoyed the facility!

We chose Pump it Up for our twins' 5th birthday where we had 14 kids total. It was worth every penny. I'm ashamed I dont remember the staffs' names but they did a fantastic job, including keeping the kids under control and safe, having fun with them, taking photos, setting up the pizza/cake room, serving the kids and even writing down which friends got them which gifts (seriously?!). As fun as the obstacles were for the kids, it was truly the staff that made this a great experience for the kids AND parents.

Fun but very busy. Would be nice if there was a time for adults/teenagers

Blown away by the level of service! We had our son's 4th birthday party at Pump it Up with about 25 kids. The staff had everything so under control that I actually had a chance to mingle with his classmates' parents and get to know them. My wife was able to be one of the kids and play on the bouncy houses! The kids had a BLAST and it was very regimented, they keep things moving. I can't stress enough how awesome the staff was, they set up the decorations and cake in the cake room, collect and set out the gifts, clean up, they even coordinate the gift opening if you choose to do it there, bag up the gifts and put them on a cart to take out to your car! Get this - they even create an itemized gift list for you so you can write thank you notes later! They were also very friendly had a smile on the whole time. At checkout, they give you the chance to tip the staff that helped with your party and I'm SO glad we had the opportunity to show our appreciation for how amazing they were. This place was on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it for the service you get!

The workers kept disappearing, which sucks when you have a group of kids jumping around. I don't think they have enough people working during large groups. The people were nice, but for safety reasons I think more people should be monitoring during large groups.
