This is the first time I've eaten at one of these places. Definitely not for vegetarians. Infinitely better than the McDonald's across the street. Great burger for a fair price. Shout out to Lolita for seeing I needed help figuring out the menu. She jumped out from behind the counter and got me straightened out. Give that gal a bonus!
Counter person very knowledgeable and friendly. She also delivered our meal. Good food. Would definitely return again.
Ordered the two meet combo of rib tips and pulled pork. The pulled pork is pictured. It was nothing but a thick layer of fat and BBQ sauce. Literally no pulled pork at all. I paid for two meats and only got one. Plus the ribs tips are super dry and burnt. Might as well be jerky. Never will I spend money here again.
It has been several years since I last ate at Famous Dave's. The food wasn't as flavorful as I remember it being. We had baby back ribs that had little of the smoke taste you get with good barbecue. I expect more when I spend almost $35 on a meal. The staff was still friendly and helpful so it wasn't a complete bust.
Busy place, customers dining, ordering, grabbing take-out. Staff was helpful, calm, friendly, efficient! My husband loves baby back ribs; he always orders them naked, to apply bbq sauce sparingly! He raved about tonight's take-out order, BEST baby back ribs ever from Famous Dave's! We've always been satisfied, whether eating in & take-out, but tonight's ribs were outstanding!
