I have been with this clinic for more than 4 years and i just had an insurance change i gave the new insurance information when i scheduled an appointment on may 23 /2017 then i got a phone call for me to confirm my appointment 2 days prior to the appointment which is scheduled for june 6 i left my work in st paul and drove all the way to plymouth to be denied service cause they told me that my insurance is not accepted so iam upset with this kind of treatment for some one who has been with you for more than 4 years especially when it is the clinic mistake for not informing me and wasting my whole day
On hold and run around for pre employment drug screen. Stopped being a patient when doctors blame other's for incorrectly done tasks like stitches. Or redundent work. Those hold times are crazy.
I am going to this place for about 5 years and have started realizing that none of my problems get addressed. They do a bunch of references and makes me run around for between clinics and the problems get pushed around with no real solution or help. All they care about is money. Some one called the other day and wanted to reschedule my appointment with my doctor and I told them that the appointment was a follow up after a physical therapy she prescribed. My Dr. sent me to a physical therapy for 2 days and the Allina physical therapy (Courage Kenny- STAY AWAY) would not take me in because they thought 2 days were not sufficient to cover all that she asked for. Instead of offering to connect to the doctor or provide any possible solution her response was well I am calling to reschedule - do you want to reschedule or not? I am planning on changing my provider. Not worth the time and money.
On time, friendly, professional, warm and expert facility
I saw Rheumatologist Dr. Jegapragasan. This was just a referral from my sports medicine doctor to check on some lab results. The whole team was wonderful! I was called from the waiting room BEFORE my actual appointment time, not 20 or 30 or 45 minutes later, but a few minutes before. The nurse was fantastic(Shamiqua I believe)- fun, spunky, great attitude. Loved her! Then Dr. Jegapragasan was fantastic! She was very thorough in going over my lab results and compared to industry standard results to make sure I fully understood where my results landed in the spectrum. She asked many questions to gain further knowledge of my medical history outside of what is documented in my charts, and allowed me to ask her as many questions as I needed. She never made it feel like I was keeping her too long, I never felt rushed and it was all together a great experience from what in my opinion was a great Rheumatologist. Thank you Dr. Jegapragasan!
