Jim Baird was a great salesman today. My mother is 92 and very frail and needs to use a walker and wheelchair. Jim went and got a yardstick to measure the feet of chairs to help us find a chair she could get out of with little effort. The process took around 1 1/2 hours... Jim was very patient and after we did the paperwork. He suggested we pull up the car to take her home. He waited with us and then returned the wheelchair for us. His patience and help was greatly appreciated.
