The clinic is OK, but if you need any information, a letter for your kid or anything from the clinic, you cannot directly call the clinic and get what you need right away as before. You call the call center and they take a message and tell you to wait 5-8 business days (not kidding). They will not let you speak with the people that you always see in the clinic like the front-desk, or the nurse you know. Some of the agents in the call center are rude, and some are nice and helpless due to their corporate policy probably. I am very disappointed, and regret that I switched to the park nicollet.
Also, you need to pay to ask question in the email.
Love this clinic. My doctor is very nice and laid back, we chat and share laughs while he is caring for my issues. There is one Nurse Practitioner who is very rude and lacks basic human caring, but the others are very nice and professional.
Great experience on my first visit! All the nurses and doctors were very nice and the operation is well run and efficient. I was in and out in one hour for my annual physical including blood work.
My doctor (from another clinic) moved so I went to Park Nicollet. I was treated with such respect from the minute I checked in. The receptionist told me there'd be a short wait and when I asked about how long, she called the department to find out it would be 15 minutes. After waiting over an hour for an appointment at my old clinic, I was more than happy to wait for 15 minutes. The nurse was friendly and efficient and I was thrilled with my new doctor. A surprising, happy experience.
I moved to this area, and needed a new clinic. I am impressed with my doctor, and all the staff at this location. Great clinic!
