Cannot more highly recommend.
I am not a family or employee of these guys, but I'd consider myself a friend. Chuck and the rest of the guys here always do good work on my Buick Lucerne whenever I have something I don't do myself. They will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car if you want to quote it somewhere else, but I've found their prices are competitive with any other auto shop out there if not a bit cheaper. I have a tie rod I'm having them bid this afternoon I need fixed. They usually will usually offer you a ride home if it's something that will take some time to get fixed.
Charlie and the crew at United did a great job with my 2014 Focus. It’s a relief to know that I have an honest and friendly place to take my car when I need it serviced or repaired.
Very nice workers. Customer service is great the mechanic took his time explaining what the issues were with my car...and what all of my options were. Will definitely recommend to use.
First-time customer here: The shop manager, Chuck, took great care to provide a well-researched estimate on new brake-pads and rotors, which was lower than other shops in the area. Work was done quickly and the staff was super friendly to me and every other customer that stopped in. When the work was finished, the final cost was even less than the estimate. Great work. Nice people. Fair price.
These people have ALWAYS done amazing work, and they stand by it too. They have been my exclusive mechanic for years and will continue to work in all my family's vehicles.
